Balusters type 1,2 and 3 are currently in stock and ready to be shipped immediately. this includes needed amount of top/bottom rail and newel posts.
If you fax or email us a layout of your patio with exact measurements, we can make you a turbo cad drawing of your balustrade to calculate how many balusters you will need, suggest best spacing for your balusters and give a better idea of how your balustrade will look. call for details.

Total height of a balustrade = 38 1/2 " (with bottom railing and elevation pads)
Single baluster height = 29 1/2" (1 3/8" goes inside the railing)
Height of a railing = 3 5/8"   width of a railing = 9 3/4"
Total height without bottom railing = 31 6/8"
 
These balusters have different design on front and back, also on one leaf goes up, on the other down to create a more interesting look

Reinforcement: all our balusters are reinforced with a 5/8" steal rebar, all rails with 2 steal rebars running all the way thruout, however you can request some rails specially reinforced with wire mesh instead for easier cutting.
 
Locking system: our bauster system has been designed with a unique locking system to avoid the need of drilling holes, measuring etc. top and bottom rails have uniform grooves underneath which glove-match the top of balusters leaving 1/4" for mortar. these groves can also be used to insert extra rebars where railings join together (rails themselves are already well reinforced). Our newel posts easily assemble from 6 parts and two of the sides have grooves where top and bottom rails lock in
